Ruby Espresso Gourmet

With an espresso like this, je vois la vie en rose (I see life in Pink)! CREAM RUBY, with its slightly acidulous taste of Ruby chocolate, will colour the coffee break with a nuance pop!

INGREDIENTS
  • Crumbled wafer biscuits
  • 10 g of CREAM RUBY
  • 25 g of espresso coffee
  • Top of whipped cream
  • Wafer and a sprinkling of cocoa
RECIPE
  • 1Place in the bottom of a coffee cup the chopped wafers.
  • 2Pour in 10 g of CREAM RUBY.
  • 3Pour in the espresso coffee.
  • 4Finish with whipped cream.
  • 5Decorate with pieces of wafer and a sprinkling of cocoa.
