INGREDIENTS
Crumbled wafer biscuits
10 g of CREAM RUBY
25 g of espresso coffee
Top of whipped cream
Wafer and a sprinkling of cocoa
RECIPE | REALIZATION
1Place in the bottom of a coffee cup the chopped wafers.
2Pour in 10 g of CREAM RUBY.
3Pour in the espresso coffee.
4Finish with whipped cream.
5Decorate with pieces of wafer and a sprinkling of cocoa.
