Iced Caramel Coffee
1 espresso coffee (25 ml)
100 g of cold whole milk
100 g of CARAMEL CREAM
130 g of crushed ice
Blend all the ingredients in a blender for 30”.
Serve in a 39 cl glass.
Add the whipped cream and any decorations.
It is possible to replace the cold whole milk with panna base super MEC3: 1L whole milk, 50g sugar, 50g panna base MEC3.
